TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

Well understood inefficiencies in "machine processes" begin with conscious observation skills of own sorrounding and work environment. Our Technical Culture Program is based on TPM approach with focus on development of: waste observation capabilities, team competences, maintenance best practices, problem solving skills, standardisation and performance management. Our program consists of 36 theme blocks that assess technical culture maturity of our client's company. 

Our Technical Culture Program has 5 stages:

1. TPM Audit and assessment of technical culture maturity - explore potentials for development.
2. Future State Design.
3. Strategic and Tactical Planning.
4. Implementation.
5. Follow-Up.

Upon request we also offer TPM Audit as individual product in ouf offering. The audit is summarized and documented in the report format, consisting of observations, potentials, conclusions and recommended actions.
